"The item arrived in a good timly manner. I was not very happy with the packaging. I would say who ever packed this item was in a hurry. After we took everything out of the box we turned over the box to be sure and a screw fell out and out came a little spider lol. IN the end we are very happy with the product. It took around 3-4 hours to assemble by myself but the directions were easy to follow and all the parts were there. If everything is assembled properly, no drawer bottoms should fall out and the dresser itself is very sturdy.
